How to Use the PDF Organizer Tool
- Upload Your PDF:
- Click the “Upload PDF File” button or drag and drop your PDF into the designated area
- Wait for the pages to load (you’ll see thumbnails of each page)
- Select Pages:
- Click on page thumbnails to select them (selected pages will be highlighted)
- Hold Ctrl/Cmd while clicking to select multiple pages
- Organize Pages:
- Delete: Select pages and click “Delete Selected”
- Move: Select pages and use “Move Up” or “Move Down” buttons
- Add: Click “Add Pages” to insert pages from another PDF file
- Add Pages from Another PDF:
- Click “Add Pages” button
- Select the PDF file containing pages you want to add
- Choose where to insert them (beginning, end, before/after selection, or specific position)
- Click “Add Pages” to confirm
- Download Your Modified PDF:
- When satisfied with your changes, click “Download PDF”
- Your browser will save the modified PDF file
- If you need to start over, click “Reset” to clear everything
Tips for Best Results:
- For large files, processing may take a few moments
- All processing happens in your browser – your files never leave your computer
- Maximum file size is 50MB for optimal performance
- Works best with modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge
