How to Use Scientific Functions

  • Function-then-Number (Trig, Log): For functions like sin, cos, tan, log, and ln, press the function button first, enter the number, and then press the equals (=) button to execute.

    Example: sin45= (Result: 0.707...)

  • Immediate Functions: Functions like , , x⁻¹, n!, and +/- are applied immediately to the number currently displayed.

    Example: 9 (Result: 81)

  • Binary Operations: Standard operations (+, , ×, ÷, ) follow the standard format: Number → Operator → Number → Equals (=).
  • Angle Mode: Use the DEG/RAD buttons above the grid to switch between Degree and Radian modes for trigonometric calculations.
